Everyone is invited to our Good Friday Service of Lessons and Psalms & Hymns.
When: March 25 at 10:30AM
Where: Our meeting place at TCBC, Sunset Drive and Pacific Avenue, Brookside Hills, Cainta, Rizal
This special worship service will be held in order for us to hear the events of our Lord’s suffering, death, and burial, and to respond with prayer and song.
Similar to our annual “Service of Lessons & Carols” at Christmas time, this Good Friday service will have seven lessons from Scripture and seven songs (psalms and hymns) corresponding to the lessons. Each lesson will contain a reading and a short exposition of the passage. Each psalm we sing prophesies the events recorded in the Gospels, and each hymn extols our Lord’s sacrificial love.
Come to sing and hear of how our Lord loved us and gave himself for us! “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!”
